POSTAGE

We appreciate that large additional postage costs can take the fun out of an internet purchase. That's why we subsidise the cost of postage for products purchased from our Website. In effect we pay for the postage and you make a contribution towards the packaging costs for your new piece of artwork. Postage to UK and Ireland is free for many items.

Postage & Packaging Costs:

Cards to UK & Ireland - 95p per order. Buy four or more cards and postage is free.

Cards to Europe - £2 for up to 3 cards. £3.50 for 4 - 8 cards. £5.50 for 9 or more cards.

Cards to USA & Canada - £3 for up to 3 cards. £4.50 for 4 - 8 cards. £6.50 for 9 or more cards.

Cards to Rest of World - £3 for up to 3 cards. £5 for 4 - 8 cards. £7.50 for 9 or more cards.

Prints to UK & Ireland - Free

Prints to Europe - £8.95

Prints to USA & Canada - £20.95

Prints to Rest of World - £25

Delivery times

All items for sale on this website are held in stock by us, so there is no danger of delay resulting from low supplies. All of our artwork is despatched within forty-eight hours of receiving your cleared payment. If you have any questions about postage please do not hesitate to telephone or email us. We will be happy to answer your query.

Our prints are carefully packaged in extra wide, strong tubing. Unfortunately it is not possible to package cards and prints together without compromising the level of protection that the prints receive. Therefore if ordering both cards and prints together, please note that cards will be posted separately.

RETURNS

We realise that ease of return is very important when it comes to making an online purchase.

Our returns policy is as simple as possible:

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason and you want to return it, just send it back! As long as we receive it within 28 days of the date you took delivery, you'll get a full refund (less postage). All we ask is that you telephone or email us before you post your return. Once you've heard back from us with our return instructions, just send the item back to us. All you pay for is the cost of postage. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

When you order a print you'll find that it arrives sealed in a totally transparent viewing pouch. You must not break the seal on the pouch if you wish to return the item. Don't worry though, whilst in the pouch you will be able to view the print as clearly as if it were behind glass. We make this stipulation purely to ensure that any returned print reaches us in saleable condition.
